I don’t see how there isn’t a NEGATIVE impact from F1. Personally, it ruins Thanksgiving and Christmas. May-September is probably the best time to visit. I’ve seen the word “OVERCOMPED” being used by MGM and their “hosts” on the rise.

Best thing about the Venetian poker room move is NO SECONDHAND SMOKE for the players! This makes it a way better place to visit that almost any other one in Vegas.

Hey Mr Jordan ! Just what the strip doesn’t need …another Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Not a fan of any of them . I am a fan of Julian Serrano so sorry to see Picasso closed. Luckily I went last year and it was fantastic. Glad Lago is staying . I’ll be at Aria in mid September so hopefully the F1 shenanigans won’t be too intrusive as they get things ready . I can't for the life of me think that Wizard of Oz is going to turn the sphere's prospects around. They need an A list star to have a lengthy residency in order for that to happen. They need to be packed to capacity 3-4 times a week with concertgoers who will also pay a huge premium for drinks and food.

“Lengthy” being the key. Short, limited engagements aren’t going to do it. I said this back before it ever opened, but a $2.3 billion concert venue won’t work financially. It just doesn’t make sense.

The problem at the sphere is they use a third party to sell tickets. If they started selling them themselves, their income would go way up.

No he didn't. There was bill introduced in 2023 that would require hotels to display the total price including all mandatory fees, in their up-front pricing. That's it. Not only would the bill not prohibit them from charging resort fees, it hasn't even been passed.
