The more you call, the more confidence you get. Otherwise create a script, and read it out loud and roleplay until you can do it without reading it or looking at it. Then call.

Yeah man the only thing that will get you more comfortable with it is just picking up the phone and starting to call. Try not to psych yourself out too much, it’s only as scary as you make it. I would set a goal for minimum amount of calls to make per day, follow that for a week or two and watch how much more comfortable you are after all of that. Another thing that can help is to record yourself and see what you can improve on. It becomes a lot easier to spot mistakes and improve on them that way. Best of luck!
