@KenEwald-sr3ph Just to let you know, this was some years ago, but we used a property management company on Seguin in NB, to manage some properties, us being in another state. But they didn't really check on them, {we had someone catch people with pets in one of the places--several different tenants, even though they had signed lease saying NO pets. We had to replace the concrete cause changing carpet wasn't enough after one even raised dogs in there} and they just didn't do very good at all, basically just collected the checks. I'm not tryin' to dog nobody😆-they could've changed, but just wanted to let you know our experience. And just on another note, watch those HOA's.. they played games with the mail, for the HOA fees, and we had to get a lawyer to keep our own properties, cause as we found out, they can take your house over those lil' HOA fees, which is crazy, but true. But other than that, it's a very nice place, and growing exponentially.

My market value set by the AD increased by 10% only 2 months after I closed on the home. I am protesting and still in the process. Hard for me to believe that a home that at on the market for over 90 days would see that increase so soon after it was purchased.

I am moving to New Braunfels from California, as far as crowding goes it’s called progress. You move where you want to go, this after all is a FREE country that is why I am here…

Move out of NB. Too crowded. People don't want to come here.

Interesting take. People are moving here every day. New Braunfels is still one of the fastest growing cities in America.
