hi i’m an 8th grader right now! during this whole corona break thing i’m actually getting excited for freshmen year. i’ve been beinge watching freshman videos and getting an idea of what i need and i’m definitely getting this backpack it seems perfect!! everyone stay safe out there and wash your hands during these uncertain times!!:))))

i’m going into highschool this upcoming school year and i’m actually so scared lmaoo update: freshmen year ended ig cuz of the corona virus but it amazing.. i found a new friend group and like met lots of amazing people and it was actually hella fun and i’m sad it had to end early and honestly it was one of the best years of my life, there was a little bit of drama but that’s expected. as long as you do your work there shouldn’t be much issues with grades and yeah so if you’re about to be a freshmen just know it’s gonna be most likely one of the best years of your life and it goes by REALLY fast

Tranxlucent don’t be, I just finished my senior year and I’m about to go to college in a month. High school will fly by, just put yourself out there and join a sport, club, or activity that interests you so that you have something to look forward to every day. In my opinion sports work the best because most of my teammates became my friends. Also, find a way to have fun in class otherwise you’ll hate school. I’d usually crack jokes with my friends and the teacher during her lectures (not to the point where it was disrespectful of course). Remember to study, I know you don’t want to but you have to. Attend school events like football games, homecoming, prom etc. and build up your school pride. Finally, go to some parties and be a stupid teenager, you’ll make some great memories (just don’t do anything dangerous).

Trust me you freshman and sophomore year are the most annoying people talk and then junior and senior year we go back and think “were we that petty?” Just make sure you’re who you are and don’t get pressured into anything and you’ll be fine your four years

Julie Marie sorry I’m really late too!! I prefer subject notebooks over composition notebooks because I like tearing pages out and folding it in half to save space, but some teachers will ask for composition notebooks specifically.

@@addybelle8704 Don't worry about dating in the first year, if you do, please please PLEASE do not date a senior, they most likely only want you to go with them to prom and then dump you. Try to make friends, if you struggle to make friends try joining a club or sport, extracurricular activities for after school can help you later on and to make friends. Go to whatever school activity is going on unless you have something to do, try to have fun, it might seem horrible to do but study, studying will make school SO much easier. Try to find the fun part in school, freshman year goes by so fast don't worry about it as much it's not something to worry about but rather be excited about 😊
