It's a heavy racket made just for training. The TR-0 that I use is the heaviest one that is about 150 grams. Almost double the weight of a normal 4U racket.

I always keep a menthol based inhaler/massage rub on my bag specifically the meiyi purplene massage rub and sum efficascent for that calming sensation before matches, as It helps me relax and be calm in matches effectively making me play better

Standard american and European airliners allow you to carry it onto the plane. Some only allow one bag so be careful to put more travel essentials in the bag when you travel

Depends which compartment. One side is larger than the other. But the regular racket compartment I would say you can fit 6-7 rackets pretty comfortably
