Good Evening Naakie, I was going thru your Playlist due to the fact that I was looking for something specific. I will say that I went through a couple of your old videos and was refreshing to see your evolution. Amazing. Nonetheless, I was wondering (just incase I missed it) if you had made a video speaking on: When and why you decide to be a landlord? What hurdles did you face in starting? How did you start? Resource? What did you need to have in order to do it (mentally. Emotionally. Financially)? Who you where when you started and then what you had to learn to become to sustain it and your sanity? What not to go for as far as mortgage or finance? What top 3 things would be a deal breaker? Things or people lost or gained during this portion of your life? I would love all details and nooks and crannies. I AM LOOKING SOOOOOO FOWARD FOR YOUR INPUT ON THIS.
