Naakie is right. Zara jeans size 32 means us 0 , waist 23-4 ，uk 4 . Size 32 is the smallest size in zara. This jeans super baggy. Im 26 waist wear size 36 in zara jeans normally.

Watching you from SA. I discovered your channel yesterday when I was just getting tired of wearing lots of make up to cover my spots. I have a fear of shocking people with my no-make up face, lol. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but you remind me SO much of myself. I found your video by searching for a concern, it didn't just pop up. Funny that you just returned to creating. It's like watching myself perhaps showing up (in my content) in a totally different way. Working in a PR agency taught me so much in terms of what I do now (and I only did it for like 8 months - intense!). Anyway this video, I literally live in denim and white t's, your makeup, your hair, even that piercing in your right ear 😂 Anyway, thank you so much for this video. I can really relate to how you're approaching the rebalancing of your life behind the scenes, how it affects your psyche and your work etc. I have been having these same conversations with myself, as it affects how my work evolves into purely what I love. I also notice that where I am internally correlates directly to the performance of my content. Sending you love.
