I never watch "what's in my bag videos", but since I started my gym journey inspired by you, Hailey, I've been hoping for a "what's in my gym bag" video! Sometimes what to pack, how and what's even the purpose of such and such objects, can get really overwhelming. I was suffering. With his videos I was able to exchange perception for self-care, self-knowledge, prioritizing health and limits. I was able to see everything in such a light way. It's on the hard days I watched it again. I can say with certainty that I came back a lot from your videos in the process of your weight loss and I felt encouraged.
