She's a doctor. As someone who's had and knows many (rare bone condition), I can say most of them are like this, ESPECIALLY the high performers. It's a combination of ADHD, high energy levels and pure, raw intelligence. I love her and Ali's videos, but they aren't representative of 95% of people. They're hyper intelligent, and that's why they're the ones saving our lives on the daily. A doctor friend of mine regularly finishes a 12+ hour night shift after dealing with trauma patients, and instead of rushing home to go to sleep, she has the energy to go and have breakfast/lunch with friends first. Exhausts me just thinking about it. 😂
