I, too, used to struggle with substantial ocd... it’s a form of depression that can affect your life in other difficult ways...I just hate seeing anyone suffer with it. I’m sorry you are dealing with this, you are so lovely to watch! On a silly note, that Elizabeth and James perfume smells straight up like vomit on me- for real.

You can most definitely od on vitamins!! You do not want to get toxic in fat solubles which are A, D, E, and K. Unless you do not eat well, you should not have a need for extra vitamins. They will do much more harm to you than being deficient.
