Tuna salad, onions and bell peppers. I love it. I wash all veggies and fruit when I get home also makes cook so much easier. You really do give great advice about how you prep and pack for work and yes that Max was ready to see you. It’s the hugs for me. Tfs be blessed

I love shopping at Publix! Do you have an air fryer. Love using it for my fish & chicken! Also I only pack my food in glass containers as well. It’s heavier, but the freshness, & easy re heating in my hotlogic is worth it. Hey Maxximus 👋🏾

I would love for you to do a series called "what would Court do." :) I fly a ton with my paid dog. When people were able to bring their ESA dogs, things were soooo much better for me. I was always allowed to pick up the small carrier bag and put it on my lap during the main part of the flight. This morning a 25 year FA raised her voice and scared the heck out of me. She said "get your hand out of your pet carrier bag and put it under the seat now!" I'm quiet and respectful and all the other flights allowed this. I felt like a criminal and terrible. I still feel awful. She said I signed something saying I wouldn't do this. (I didn't speak at all to her since I was embarrassed and stunned). Oh my goodness you don't sign anything and 99.9% of FA are wonderful. I later read it on the website. I don't know the harm putting a tiny well traveled and behaved dog on my lap (while in the carrier) is harmful. Would like to know the other side of things from a FA. Also, I knew she was a 25 year FA because she complained the entire flight while seated behind me about her "points and celebration something".

Now I clearly have to do something about it. My question is about keeping it cold, how many packs of ice do you use? Does it keep cold and safe to eat for 4 days? Thank you !

I use 4 flat gel packs and sometimes 2 smaller rectangular ones. I’ll add food to the fridge in my hotel room and add ice to my bag throughout the day if my packs don’t freeze overnight. Have had food up to 6 days

I have never soaked them in water, but I do use a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in spray form. I put my fruit in a colander, spray, rinse and repeat. It always amazes me what comes off. Especially with grapes! Will have to try this ACV method though, always looking for new ideas. 😊
