I have a change bag like that one and I still use it . All the pockets and stuff are so handy :D and Gary has defo been made to carry it around plenty. Oh I’m editing this to add that the poly pocket might be handy for i think it’s a wee hearing test certificate or something I got too . I shoved about every bit of paper they ever gave me in it to take with me and needed none of it like you said .

Hey mama I live in the Caribbean and we have to bring everything but health care is free so its still win win situation. I find that people who live in the states take they own pillows and blankets because of comfort reason ,I live in barbados and I will be taking them cause I don't like how the sheets and pillows feel plus I live an hour away from the hospital and its and hour or more if there is traffic so I would rather over pack just to be safe in my opinion great video and safe delivery 😊

What did your hospital think about the sleepsuits with the sock built in? I remember for my first baby when I was Gestational diabetic they needed to prick the babies foot every day for blood sugar levels so they didn't want the baby in anything but a nappy and a swaddle. I'm in Australia.

Honestly I don't think they would've cared I saw lots of babies in them. Unfortunately for me things did not go to plan and my baby ended up in NICU for 10days. So was incubated, so he only wore a nappy until the last couple of days. X

I know she filmed this last year but for anyone reading the comments. I was told by my midwife in the hospital not to use any cream on my newborn after nappy changes, I took her advice and after 4 days my poor baby had the worse nappy rash. even if you just use a bit of Vaseline for a barrier cream Better than your little one getting a nasty rash when their only a few days old ❤️

Hey sorry I wasn't aware I said it my video not to use nappy cream? I certainly used it everytime from my baby being born and he ended up being in the NICU for 10 days, they always used barrier cream. When I got home too my first midwife appt with Jack checked we were using a barrier cream rather than warn us off it. I'm sorry if I gave an impression I wouldn't use it? X
