The pop-it toy you got specifically for your son with dyslexia made me cry. My husband has dyslexia and growing up his parents and some teachers just didn’t do much to help with it. I wish he had gotten stuff like that, and support he needed to feel like he was capable of learning like the other kids. I’m currently pregnant with my first baby- a boy, and seeing this video has made me excited to have a son. And if he does have dyslexia or another learning disability I am excited to be able to use what I’ve learned in my bachelors degree along with current research and children’s toys/products to help make him feel like he is just as smart as the other children and that he’s capable of anything :)

I do themed baskets for my kids. My 2 youngest (8 and 9 yo boys) love playing D&D with my husband so they are getting D&D baskets, my 15 yo son is taking graphic design classes in his high school and loves them so he’s getting a basket with some graphic design stuff in it. My daughter is 17 and she loves reading so her basket is all books and reading related items, plus a few merch items from some fandoms I know she likes.

Next time one of the kids headsets break go to game stop to buy it. Because you can actually get the insurance and they will replace it even if your kids break them, like dropping them. They do the same for Xbox controller so if you guys have trouble with those breaking GameStop is the place to go because you just pay the five dollars for the warranty
