Thank you for this , I have question New LVN here, I took my first job offered , they later told me my patient ratio would be 15-21 I'm not the smartest but I think that may be a dangerous number, I have orientation next week , what should I do babess??🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

This must be in like LTC or assisted living. This is def normal in most settings like this. It can be dangerous In some cases but most facilities like this it’s usually what I see. Do your orientation to see if it’s something you can handle.🩺🦋
