This is great, but I realize you can’t show interactions with patients. Patients needs vary and comforting patients while drawing blood or inserting an IV would be great to see. It’s all about the patients, not just the daily stuff.

Can someone tell me the steps after I get my BSN in RN ?? I want to do the Capella PhD Physiology in psychology but I didn’t know what order or steps it goes in as far as the Flex program or if I needed my Doctrine NP first , like what’s the order is it even necessary if I am doing general psychology in Nursing ? Do i absolutely need to do the DNP Program? Helllp So far I went LPN certificate LPN-RN Associates RN- BSN

I remember when I first watched this video when I was first THINKING of going to LPN school, this was almost three years ago in early 2021. I didn't think I'd be smart enough 😢 . She really motivated me into at least trying, because not trying is the worst thing you could do. So I stayed focused throughout that time. Finally today I graduated form LPN school. Now on to take the NCLEX and I'm even thinking RN... If you're like me three years ago and you're thinking of starting that journey, please take that first step. You're capable!! Take this as your sign! Update: I passed the NCLEX on my first try!!!!!! Now to find for a job. Wish me luck

So proud of you doing you! Do you have a video on your journey at ECPI? I am about to start there and I am nervous leaving a technical college!

I am 10 weeks in so far, in my accelerated LPN program. I have taken about 50 exams so far. 3 for Pharmacology, 5 for A&P and 40 plus for Fundamentals. As well as 3 projects that require a lot of time. Under the umbrella of Fundamentals there is ethics course, nutrition course, and growth and development course, each 3 weeks long and rest of the time is hands on skills lab, 3 to 4 times a week. Clinicals start in a few weeks, then after Xmas break, the really hard subjects start, lol. We started with 153 students. 12 of those are men. I am one of them. And we are down to 120. They expect to graduate a class of roughly, 40 to 50 students next August. Its rough. But worth it. When i get stressed and feel overwhelmed, I play the video from the last graduating class and it gets my head back in the game.

I just recently got out of the hospital for a burst appendix after watching the nurses see how they took care of me after being there for a month I decided that I'm going to pursue the LPN I specifically want to be in the ICU with both adults and children the goal is to become a full on nurse!!
