Don't forget free baby samples! Nurses gave me 2 of their hospital vaseline tubes when I had my boy plus a free sample in one of my retail boxes and it was plenty to last him through his pediatrician giving him the clear. Also, hand sanitizer with aloe to moisturize. My hands were so dry from washing them so much. I wish I hadn't bought any of the frida stuff, except for the squirt bottle, until after delivery. Hospital also gives you dermaplast spray and a squirt bottle but not angled so I still liked the frida version. I didn't have any tearing and ended up only using the angled bottle and Always discreet boutique undies for the bleeding. Loved them! They really are discreet and were strong enough to contain my water breaking while in bed!

yes to all of this! I was very lucky that I was gifted all of my recovery items so that I could kind of figure out what would work best for us. Also the samples at the hospital are so clutch 🙌🏼
