WHAT’S IN MY OVERNIGHT BAG? | RUTH CRILLY

I often travel for just one or two nights away and because I use a lot of public transport I try to keep things as light and compact as possible.
Here are some of my amazing, travel-friendly must-haves.

First, the Good Wash Day hair towel. I first bought one of these about a year ago and was instantly impressed. It’s not your usual towel! This is so soft and smooth, made from ethical cotton jersey, so it’s incredibly gentle on your hair. Less friction, so hair has far less frizz and is easier to manage.
Great for all hair types and is especially brilliant for those experiencing hair loss or regrowth or who have very fragile hair. Just blot, or wrap - and it’s so light (and perfectly sized) that it doesn’t pull at your roots when you leave it wrapped on your head.
Both the towel and packaging are sustainably sourced and ethical and the brand is an independent, woman-owned brand based in the UK. Considering these prices, I find the people who do this are smart. Unless you're just buying to follow a trend, I think it's logical to spend a few hundred bucks on a fake from *condup* to see if you actually like the bag and if it fits your life.

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a *esluxy* . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!

Hi Thanks for sharing. I just bought the *esluxy* 2 days ago which was on my wish list for my occasion bag, is it worth buying this? The félicie pochette is really nice and classy and you can use it in 4 different ways, so the CA showed me the félicie from the drawer and I checked on it then I asked the CA if he can get another stock so I can compare the one he pulled from the drawer so he did. I noticed that the félicie from the drawer the leather was a bit shiny or glossy while the stock he got the leather was matt so I choose the shiny one that attracted me but I just wondered why they are different and you might have any idea. When I got home I just noticed that when you opened the envelop the back mid fold leather was a little loose is it normal when openning but when its closed its ok no problem (I didn’t noticed in the store and compare to the other one). Any advise will appreciate, I do always love watching your videos.

Thank you! They do come in two sizes (regular and XL). Some people do use them to dry their dogs, and their horses' tails and manes. I love hearing about all the things people use them for!

I still love my LV reverse monogram *hotdups* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Hi Ruth On your continuous search for the perfect brown mascara,like you I’m always on the lookout. I’m now 68 yrs old,fair non existent brows and thinning fair lashes.(great)Brow tattoo yes always on my mind. I’ve had the clarins one and as much as I think it’s probably the best one it does dry out very quickly making it super pricey.I’ve just bought a Macstack in chestnut.Very buildable hence the name I guess and it’s good but do I love it at £27 a pop🤔 I love the Mac extendable play mascara but unfortunately they only do it in black Oh well the search continues ❤

I saw the thumbnail and I had to tune in to see this beauty. I'm planning for my next *esluxy* . I can't decide if I want the Pochette Metis or some other type of LV with a strap. I own the Speedy 30 and would love a crossbody on the lighter days. For now I carry my LV Zippy wallet as a clutch when I don't want to carry my Speedy. I was thinking of buying the classic crossbody Gucci again. I owned it when I was a teen, but I didn't appreciate luxury pieces as a teen. I think I sold it. Thanks for this video. I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. 🤦🏻♀ The other one is a $40 one *yutulu* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym 😅
