About the shoulder straps. I believe the French brand bam make very good neoprene shoulder straps. They are a bit expensive but look very comfortable!

I really enjoyed this video. It's interesting because as you presented your case, I was expecting it to be a premium, state-of-the-art case, but as the video went on you started to complain about things you didn't like and it was kind of funny. I played viola for about a decade and I always used the same, crappy case. I also noticed that it's been nearly 2 months since this upload. You should post more, I think your channel will really grow.
