You are a really role model for me, since I discovered you last December. And I went through many of the previous years videos. This is how I started focusing on buying less items but of higher quality. I do do not use a work bag (but I would love one), I usually have huge bags/totes. Work essentials: my agenda, pens, my phone and charger, my umbrella and a bottle of water, a cosmetic bag full of medicine, hand sanitizer, lip balm and hand cream.

I LOVE the compartments! I am on the go without a traditional office setting so I have a small clear bag filled with a stapler, tape, scissors, ruler, paperclips, etc.

I love that the bag is professional, functional, and stylish. Too often I've experienced work bags that are functional but dowdy, or look fabulous yet buckle under the weight of what I need to carry. It's quite refreshing to see a designer that understands the latest generation of lady bosses and delivers a product that can be versatile without making sacrifices for the sake of functionality! My essentials are a laptop, mini makeup bag/emergency bag, a nice pen, planner, chargers, and hand cream. Moisturized hands and feeling put together on the most hectic of days makes a huge difference and gives me that extra oomph I need to take on any challenge.

I am a physician with research and writing side-gigs, making it important to carry a whole lot of items with me. I am using a large Italian leather sack-style bag in order to fit everything in, and have not found a nice-looking one with any amount of structure that would be functional. I carry my laptop, snacks, notebooks, charts, makeup, a pashmina (you just never know), hand cream....Plus if I am on mom-duty I have to have a variety of snacks, wipes and distraction items for my toddler.

I LOVE the purple bag! In addition to everything that you carry, I also carry my check book (old fashioned, I know, but I find it very satisfying to prepare a check by hand), bills, and receipts for the month.

The organization of that bag is amazing, loving the color as well! I used to be a full time student who commuted from school to work to home. So I used a book pack be it was easy on shoulders as I had a lot of stuff to be carried including my MacBook and books! Now I work full time as a substitute teacher and soon will go to grad school so this bag will be a life saver!

Love This Bag! I no longer work away from home - nor to be considered a career woman. Yet, I do enjoy artwork, journaling, sewing, etc., and all those pockets of the bag would hold my gel pens/markers/brushes/paint compacts, my journals, tapes/glues, scissors, thread...so many items that I do take with me when I travel independently, or even to be a passenger for long trips. Plus, even to grab and take with me to various places inside my home and/or its surroundings whenever I would want to be creative how nice to just pick up one bag...Very Smart-Looking!

I love that color! My work essentials include my office, house, and car keys, wallet, snacks, my planner, pens, my computer glasses, sun glasses, phone, usually a water bottle, post-its for notes, and probably random papers (work related or coupons), and a clutch-like bag which includes a Belle compact mirror, hand lotion, eye drops, blotting sheets, multiple lipsticks and chapsticks. I'm sure there's stuff I'm forgetting. I'm over prepared at all times. :)

Hands down my top work essential is a pair of foldable flats! I can't go to work with out them in my bag! Aside from "my comfy shoes" I have to have a citrus fruit (great pick me up instead of junk food or coffee), bobby pins, a scarf, and of course I can't go anywhere without my trusty mini lint roller! Hi Elle! This bag is beautiful! Those pens are also one of my favorites. I didn't think of bringing them with me but upon your suggestion, it makes sense! Other things that are my essentials: Laptop, Happy Planner (which explains even more why i need to just bring our lovely pens along), lotion, Tylenol (sometimes the office lights give my eyes trouble), mints, etc. I also adore your idea with the pouch for the cords! If nothing else, I got some great tips! Thanks for always being so kind!

I love that this bag has several pockets and has a 'flip-over' type of flap to protect your things. I am a grad student and this would be perfect for my upcoming conferences....I usually carry my laptop in hand with notepads, lotion, pens, post-its, light cardigan, snacks, etc. all in the small conference bag I get with registration. This bag would be so perfect for my work. I'm a trainee solicitor currently so have a lot of travelling to and from training courses and court and meetings so something that I can keep everything in one place would be ideal. I love my current bag but it's a bit of a squeeze to get everything in there. I always carry my purse, phone, diary, stationery, notebook, chapstick, kindle if I'm travelling that day at a minimum (and anything bigger usually goes in a cotton tote). Love your videos Elle! X x
