Thank you! I was getting worried it’s too repetitive for me to make those and what I keep doesn’t change too too much. I have been out of my workout routine recently but as soon as I get back from traveling I’ll have to get back on it! I’ve been wanting to try more at home Pilates. For eating, it’s honestly so random I don’t have exact meal plans! I’ve been having many stomach issues recently and been having to keep my diet extremely plain to alleviate symptoms. That’s a whole journey in itself. For TT and IG, I don’t have yet because I’m scared of the hate comments on there! The vibe seems to be overall a lot more negative in those comments and I don’t want to bring that into my life at the moment 💞💖 maybe in the future though! But yes I’ll def try out some at home and gym workouts and see what I can get results from. I’ve heard good reviews for move with Nicole!

@@LYBL oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that!! I’m exactly the same way with my stomach- I have to be EXTREMELY careful with eating, and taking any supplements. I get sick to my stomach constantly (it doesn’t help that I have endometriosis and a tumor on my ovary that my doc just watches.) Some things that help me tremendously are a probiotic supplement in the evening, and I live by my YoungLiving or DoTerra tummy oils. One is Tummygize and the other is Digize, and they both work absolute miracles (I lean a tad bit more toward the Tummygize though). You just rub it in a few circles in your tummy area, and nausea and pain go away. I won’t be without them. Dairy also bugs me sometimes, not that I won’t drink it, but it bothers me sometimes- I’ve found that organic and A2A milks don’t bother me as much. I so hope you get to feeling better soon, and just so enjoy your channel! 🩷

@@greylilycalligraphy my sister has endo :( so sorry to hear that! Yesss, I love probiotics. They do help a ton, I just get confused with how many different types exist! I'll have to look that up! I'm constantly dealing with nausea, horrible!!! Thank you so much

@@LYBL ​​⁠I’m so sorry, I’ve had tummy troubles basically all my life- swelling- I look like I’m 9 months pregnant sometimes from swelling from some unknown food I’ve eaten and have no idea why it bothers me 😖 I’m so sorry you are having the issues too 🩷

HI, Target alwalys had Good purses , But for what i see in My área don't have Good things anymore , You have that bag for 3 years woow a Lot time , But i LIke your purse, i HOPE Target have it again. Have a great day
