Sibulan i guess is for laid-back unwinding. when the weather is permitting, beach activities like underground photograhy kayaking,etc for the adventurous.

The roled leaves are from the lomboy tree that also has fruit or berries

Those hand roll ups use lomboy leaves..., the fruit is also good, I bought it outside of the big Unitop downtown.. Sibulan is great to get the ferry over to Cebus island.. go over to Liloan (Whirlpools in English) and have a look at Pebble Beach

riding in a jeep in rainy weather is usually uncomfortable---closed up with no air circulation, brushing by wet umbrellas as you go in, sometimes rain-soaked people's jackets making you wet, too

I do enjoy your walking tours. I can only imagine the interactions that you do not publish. I'm not an ophthalmologist, but I had cataract surgery in both eyes and definitely recommend it. You have to do your research as to the different goals. Some do mono-vision where you have both close and distant. My doc's advised against that. I have to use reading glasses, but my distance vision is 20-20. My doc's are with Wills Eye in Philadelphia which is the oldest eye hospital in the US. I would be very picky about who you allow to slice up your eyeballs!

would probably have been much easier and quicker to see an eye specialist in Cebu City
