I would really enjoy seeing under the lid of the nbv. I'm surprised you opened this one so early but I really enjoy seeing the internals of these machine's. I love how Dyson used to rave about their digital motors... My 1996 zayer CNC machine has digital motors... 🤣

Can you please tell me the type and size of tool to remove the screws or allan key screws on the head of the NQ100 as we use them at work and the problem with them is the short hose splits and I presume the only way to replace it is to strip the whole head down. The head is £60 to replace.

It'll be Torx. I can't remember whag size, but big a cheap set of security torx in assorted sizes and it'll cover it and many many more things 👌 I bet a length of Hoover Turbopower 2 hose would screw onto the ends...
