I’ve been to 3 Rose Bowl games, last one in 2012 when Ducks beat Wisconsin. This was the most fun I’ve ever had in sports. Our son had left football in favor of USMC combat so the dream of his participation in a Rose Bowl had seemingly ended. However, our gymnast/dancer daughter switched sports entering college to UO Cheer Team as a freshman & was co-captain of Ducks Cheer Team in 2012... That day our Daughter, Brittany, yelled “Hi Mom & Dad from the Rose Bowl field... a dream I thought was lost to war. Even better, our Son thrived in battle leading his Platoon to victory after victory. His unit was able to watch the 2012 Rose Bowl in Iraq & he saw his little sister on the field too. Even now, writing this I get teary eyed. So happy that you and your Son had this special day together. Go Ducks!

4:50 That was a B-2, a stealth bomber. The funky shape makes it harder to detect by radar, therefore harder to shoot down should it go on a mission behind enemy lines. The B-52 is just a really big, conventional looking plane, also a bomber, with 8 engines. I am just little envious guys my last bowl game appearance was the 96 Cotton bowl when we had our butts handed to us but it turned out pretty good because that was the game that Phil knight approached Mike Belotti and asked what he needed to bring the program up to the next level and the rest is history. Great job guys and for the record I have been a fan since 1965 when I chose to make Mel Renfro my sports idle for life from my mother's high school year book as she went to school with him in Portland at Jefferson high, funny really because my friends always asked why I didn't pick Terry Baker since my name is Terry also, I tell them 2 things I hate Orange and Black they look like Halloween colors and I just knew Mel was the better athlete because his picture was in the year book more times. Great tour guys wish I were there. Go Ducks for life, what a time to be a Duck.
