I would suggest you contact the support team, 2 things comes in mind is ISP may bog down your internet so need to use VPN. 2nd, try to test out your internet connection the box to your internet.

As far as Superbox goes, there are MANY complaints that the box/service craps out after 3 months on average.

This old x5 model or x5 2023 model they recently updated jw mine x5 old original one died after 15 months n u got do the new interface update is not simple if u dnt know some tech stuff is must n key

The newer app is only changed to black icon. This video is youtube friendly and do not show the tangtv app. And on this part nothing changed my friend. This video is archive video since I had to remove it late last year due to some app issues.
