Hi bro , yesterday I went for shopping to buy wall clock. I wondered how clocks are working with electric motor which runs for years using a single battery. Then in the evening I thought to search in KZbin and as I always do, KZbin suggested your channel 😂. Great content from my preferred KZbin channel 🙂. But I was little disappointed your top notch explanation and way of presentation was missing😒.... So I request you to recreate this topic in your own style and with your excellent opening title card 😂😂😂... PS - add more information on Quartz thing ( till yesterday I thought quartz is an universal watch company name😂😂)

Thank you very much! It is really helpful! If the clock did not function properly we can repair it at home as well as avoid throwing old dead clocks into garbage or by the side of road or street. So wastage of old ones as well as soil pollution too can be avoided. Nothing is waste in the world. The minute wheel can be otherwise known as centre wheel with cannon pinion. Because it is wheel pinion and hallow pipe in the centre and the gear is placed in the centre.All the gears that drives the hands of the clock functions in the same priciple as in spring driven clocks but only difference between spring driven clocks and battery operated clocks is the escape wheel which drives the second hand wheel of the spring driven clock is driven by either pendulum or balance wheel and the escape wheel which drives the centre second wheel of battery operated clock is driven by small lavet stepping motor which is regulated by battery powered quartz crystal resonator in a form of small tuning fork.
