Both are wonderful gentlemen and I greatly appreciate the positive knowledge that both share. Bravo! I am an Africa born Of Indian origin raised in the UK and I find it rare that any media covers our developing world with the warmth and generosity that these gentlemen do. I also travel to my beloved Africa and India extensively and marvel at what these cultures continue to offer the world. As for Jamaicans… I grew up with only reggae music in the UK and feel privileged to have had it influence so much of my early development. My best wishes, peace and prosperity to the people of Jamaica and the West Indies.

Great interview, great personality. I have always had some fascination for the Indian culture and of course the food. Having spent so much time in London, where there is a huge Indian community, I became a great fan of Indian food, and next to Jamaican I'd say it is my favorite. Of course, he is getting the real thing over there. I agree with him, the Indians have mastered the use of spices more than any other culture in the World. Even here in Dallas, if I really want a good spicy curry goat, I go to the Indian restaurant where you will get a curry goat that even surpasses our Jamaican style in terms of spicyness, quality and quantity- as a matter of fact I generally by-pass Jamaican restaurants here period. If I want Jamaican food I cook it at home, they say they have to dumb down the taste to suit Texas (bland) appetites, but personally I think most of them are just in it for a fast buck, because things Jamaican are currently in vogue. I've had great Jamaican food in restaurants in New York or Houston, so they can't tell me that it can't be done in an authentic way and not be succesful.....either they don't know or can't be bothered. Anyway, great interview again Mr. Xavier, keep up the good work.

The commissioner was very inspiring, so calm and knowledgeable. Indeed, we are all one. The "we are superior" mindset of the Global North needs to be replaced by a truly egalitarian and spiritual mindset with India playing a key role in partnership with countries of the Global South. Wish Xavier was up to the task intellectually of being able to interview a person of the Commissioner's depth.
