As a Muslim student in tokodai, I was surprised when I saw a halal option in the university's cafeteria, I was very happy that I was being accepted/accommodated. While Japan's globalization efforts are a bit lacking behind, I find that it's moving in the correct direction and hopefully will be able to accommodate people from all sorts of different cultures. One more thing I always find surprising, as a white Arab (which is very common), people don't expect that you're a Muslim just because you're white/blond etc... might be due to the media's misrepresentation of the diversity of Islam.
@decwow
@decwow 2 жыл бұрын
That's because western media is still busy browbeating western people for their arguments with Islam by calling us racist for having any dispute. They can't keep up the narrative that it's "racist" to have a problem and also admit that Islam isn't based upon race. Never..... Ever.... EVER.... allow marxists or communists into your institutions. They're more difficult to get rid of than roaches.

I dont think it is for Japanese or anonyme for that matter to accommodate you (you as in anyone). Whatever my religion or what my believes are i will never go to an other country who has different ways culture or religion and expect them to make room for mine, i would expect myself to change and accept the difference cuz i would be the one moving to that new country and if im not capable of doing so i would stay in my own country. I hope Japan stays and preserves his identity who is already plenty rich and doesnt turn to the hell that has become Europe.
@paltaboo
@paltaboo 2 жыл бұрын
@@dorian8875 While I do cook for myself here and I accommodate myself by myself pretty much more than any other foreigner here, I still gain happiness when I find small rooms of accommodation (one shop which sells halal meat, a mosque in a nearby city), It doesn't need to interact with the Japanese culture or alter it, what happened in Europe is due to the excessive and uncontrolled immigration policies/ Furthermore, while your identity and culture are totally replaceable to you, some people don't seem them as such.

Shinto or other cultures see them same as their's but ...In Islamic Core book this is forbidden to perform others culture and also states that to convert others into Islam ( yeah many Organisations are behind them to give them money)... So basically there will be a culture war in recent future ( and their Religious leaders literally give hate speech or some dumb logic to brainwash) ... #save the culture

@@shafamateen6510 yes really :) just to elaborate on what mew mew said, it's because your whole life you've had your back on God, or you've not followed him the way He wanted you to follow Him. When you finally accept him and say the testimony of faith (There is no God, but God and Muhammad peace be upon him is the final messenger and servant of God) His mercy is so great that he will not just wipe away your sins but actually erase them from existence and you won't be questioned for what you did before you become Muslim on the Day of Judgement. This might be hard to believe but this is why God is God and we're only humans. We may never be able to just forgive someone if they deeply hurt us, but Allah (God) is the Ever-Merciful :)

My mother is muslim while my father is catholic and i'm from Philippines. My brother and I were baptized in Islamic rites and a part of ethnic people who followed Islam as religion.It's really nice to know that some part of other countries are embracing islam and converting themselves to it. The most difficult of being a muslim is that there's still discrimination towards us because they see some of muslim ethnic groups here in the philippines as rebels and terrorist. My sibling and I struggling to tell that we can't do things that others can do because of the rules that Islam has laid. I experienced discrimination when I was studying and now that i'm looking for a job, there's still a discrimination even though there are laws now against discrimination. Poverty and Ignorance is the reason why some Muslim kids are recruited to become rebels.

What makes you revert to Islam?
@PurpleX44
@PurpleX44 2 жыл бұрын
@@danganrompa2626 Hi :) Someone told me "you have the heart of a muslima" and I was shocked and didn't understand it. So with time, I was researching what that person meant. Then I researched the rights of woman, animals, parents, started to read the Quran, read a lot of scientific facts of the Quran (that had also a really big impact on me because I am a scientist), read or heard about the character of the Prophet SAWS, and I also watched a lot of revert videos. But I was still looking for the real religion, so I also researched Christianity. But that gave me problems with the trinity and someone gave an explanation and I thought it was a good one, but after some thinking, it still wasn't. He said that a water molecule can have 3 forms: fluid, gas and solid. But after a while I thought "but 1 molecule can't be water and ice at the same time, but the Bible also says that Jesus talks to God and stuff like that so that is weird and also why does God needs a sacrifice to forgive the people when God made the whole universe?! He is Almighty, He can do everything, so why not that? Why don't we are responsible of our own actions? Why do we and innocent babies get the sins of Adam and Eve? And those answers I found in the Quran and Islam. We are responsible for our own actions, a baby is sinless and a revert is just like a baby! That is my type of God, someone who loves us, just like He starts every Quranic chapter (except one) with: bismillahi rahmani raheem: In the name of Allah/God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. That gives me a feeling that He talks directly to me, loves me,... And if you study the life of the Prophet Mohammed SAWS then you also see a kind man, he helped the poor, was kind to his wife (and later also to his other wives, but he had 1 wife for a really long time and he loved her so much that he still kept talking about her with people), he did chores in the house, he smiled a lot, he loved jokes, he protected everyone and even the captured people during the wars, he gave them good food and treated them good. And he also is kind to his neighbours, to animals,... So it was because of a lot of factors. I probably still forgot to mention a lot, but this is a short version of my story :) I hope you have a nice day!🌷 And you can also ask me some other questions if you want.
@PurpleX44
@PurpleX44 2 жыл бұрын
@@danganrompa2626 oh I forgot something: I also loved it how the muslim community has a brotherhood and a sisterhood, they love each other just for the sake of Allah/God and they can count on each other. That is so nice. I know it is also with other religions, but with islam it is bigger then with the other religions. I also got a lot of cuddles when I converted. That was so nice! There was so much love and I still get all that love from everyone. And the Quran speaks to me, I sometimes really get goosebumps if I hear the Quran. And the Quran really helped me a lot, I sometimes have a problem and 9nout of 10 cases when I then start reading the Quran, there is something about my situation in the text I am reading. Glory is to God! That is also really amazing. And also the signs God gave me before converting and after converting. So islam is really in my heart, God is really in my heart and I just can't let go of it.

Hi, Takashi. I'm happy to see you reverted to Islam. Just small brotherly advise that you don't need to change your Arabic-sounding name. You can be Muslim and Japanese at the same time with your own unique culture. Diversity in the Muslim world is a blessing and should be celebrated. Please learn Islam from various Ustadz or Ulama from different countries to broaden your perspective of Islam. Keep Istiqamah brother.
