WOW!!! Things have changed since January. September 6th 2022, Carnival will have no more Pre-Test, & more than likely no more mandatory Mask wearing.

Yes thank you for this information on the first day you get on Panorama and what to expect. We are new cruisers, and this will be our first cruise on Carnival. Last trip was Norwegian Cruise line. Hope it's not swamped. We embark on a Saturday at 4:30. Kinda late but whatever!!

It looked like so many ppl in the terminal but I'm sure the ship wasn't full capacity and ppl will disperse throughout ship and it will be diff..I'll be on her March 5th..last cruise was March 2019..dang covid canceled 2020 and 2021 cruises.cant wait..40 more days

Hi Mo! From my personal experience, I’ve arrived to my last two cruises (December and February) early and I was still allowed on. That’s far as I can answer that.The terminal wasn’t packed with either cruise so it may be why they didn’t mind.

How was the check in process on embarkation day? We sail in 2 weeks. Can't wait. Do they just check your Vax cards and negative test or do they scan them to computer online?

I couldn’t find the answer to that question anywhere online either! That’s why I recorded the process myself. They only checked the dates on the cards while checking our other documents. Exactly like the video showed

I am sailing on the Panorama in a few weeks and appreciate anyone who can answer a few questions for me. Does the ship have water stations to fill a personal water flask? Are there ice machines for guests to use? Do they have a formal night, if so which night is it on? And this is just a general cruise question, what do you do with wet clothes, like swim suits? We have a balcony room booked but I can’t imagine hanging your clothes on the balcony to dry is a good idea. Thank you in advance to anyone who took the time to read/answer my questions!

Hi Love! I have a video on food that goes over the entire buffet area and includes the dining room where I speak about formal night if you want to check it out! However, yes they have water stations and you can also purchase water bottle packs for $5. Not sure which exact night formal is on but there is one night for sure so pack at least for that. There are washer and dryers for extra fee but there’s a clothes line in the shower to hang wet swimsuits.

Hi Kimberly! Thanks for watching. My dad actually paid for the 7 day parking so I’m not sure but on my 4 day out of Long Beach I just took, it was a total of $92 so about $25 a day for parking

Hi! No you actually have to buy the internet package for internet on the ship and each guest has to buy their own. I can’t remember how much but I don’t remember it’s being unreasonable because I bought it last time.

Hi Monica! If there’s anything wrong with your sail and sign card or they have any questions, want to book excursions, add credit cards or pay bills etc. Think of it as carnivals customer service phone assistants in person basically. A lot can be done in the app now which is great!

Hi Stephanie. Thanks for watching! It is mandatory to wear your mask in the food and drink areas and suggested around others on the ship but when you’re on a cruise ship 24 hours out of that day, human nature is to pull your mask down at some point. However, everyone on the ship has to test negative and be fully vaccinated before boarding.

Thank you! I booked a cruise on Carnival Panorama for Feb. 26th a few months ago. But 10 days ago I had a sudden and unexpected heart attack and open heart surgery. At the time I thought with all the protocols it was a small risk. But not sure if so many are not keeping masks on

Did you find that the staff was strict about mask enforcing or were they more lax after some time? I’d imagine wearing it non stop for a week could be exhausting.

@@eric301 to be honest it was very exhausting because you even have to wear them on the island. Most staff were relaxed about it until you enter food areas or events. They will walk up to you and ask you to leave the buffet or restaurant and grab one or give you one if you don’t have them, which I liked that they did. So walking through the halls or floors alone for example you could get a mini break
