How was that driving tour? Please let me know below. What is missing? What would you like to see? What was a waste of time?

Never seen someone do I drive through tour of just day to day regular stuff. It’s always 4k photos and videos of the best spots which is unrealistic. I really like how real the video was cause you can get a true understanding of what the area is like.

I’m from out west and it’s really weird to not see sidewalks! If you throw a party where do everyone park? Or do people not have it at their house? Can’t park on road?

Maryville is a great place to just drive around in.
@Johnredcorn1569 ай бұрын
No it’s not stop driving here! How about 3 reasons not to move to Maryville… 1. farmland is becoming non existent due to developers piling up cookie cutter builder grade homes that you can stand in between with your arms expanded and be able to touch two houses. 2. Schools and roads have become severely overcrowded. 3. The overflow of new construction single family homes and apartments being piled up here has drove the housing market and cost of living through the roof. Utilities have went up per the utility company to compensate for the amount of people that have moved here. Quit advertising what used to be a peaceful town to live in before it gets any worse.

Maryville is already full. Internet is spotty at best. Real Estate property values have increased 250% in some ares since 2000. Overall there are other places to move to if you want a more enjoyable relaxed life in Tennessee. I would suggest Middle and Western Tennessee for a better value for you dollar, even Virginia would be a better option than Tennessee. If you want to maximize your dollar input there are other options for you $$. YOUG

Considering relocating from Texas. Is Maryville a conservative town or a liberal cesspool?
