Nick it's getting from point a to b the fastest way. If we were to be going down three flights of stairs without using much energy like you said, we would just walk down the stairs. In parkour, we would be coming down in a much faster way, which takes much more energy

Dont know why some poeple hate on stuff like this, I would much rather a big company like red bull found out about free running and parkour and actualy did something with it like this. Free runners from all over the world get to meet, train and share their styles whilst spreading the word of parkour and free running all over the world. If it wasnt for big companies endorsing free running and getting it out there I bet half the people who train now wouldnt because no one would have heard about it
