The one thing I love about living in Palm springs is that whenever it's cold you could hear lots of people screaming that it's cold. Palm springs is a really neat place to live in. I was born and raised here btw.

Hey Hannah, thanks for your comment and stopping by! Haha yeah it’s funny when it’s cold here because everyone is shocked that it does actually get cold. My wife was born and raised here as well! Thank you again :)

Thanks for this video. I live in Marin County and am looking for a more affordable place to live. I am completely unfamiliar with Palm Springs, so this was a helpful introduction.

Hey L J Sopjes, you’re very welcome and thank you for watching. I’m happy this video was able to help you. That’s one of my favorite things about the desert, you can find $5 million homes and very nice $250,000 condominiums. There is something for everyone here. Also, the Coachella Valley is very safe overall. If you ever need anymore help please feel free to email me at tommy.jordan@theagencyre.com Thank you for stopping by!

We're coming in late June, cannot wait to feel the heat. And I do want to live there - mountains and palm trees and California, who can beat that? At the present, I suffer through four winter months. I'll gladly suffer through four dry hot summer months by the pool.
@TommyJordanRE3 жыл бұрын
Hey Chris, I agree it’s so worth it to have four months of summer heat then four months of snow 😂 I hope you have a great time when you visit 😃!

The desert is a wonderful place to live! If you like the heat then you will love it here. I’ve helped a lot of people lately who have left the Bay Area due to crime/ high prices. Thank you for watching my video!!

My inlaws live in Cathedral city and we are in Phx area and I actually like going to Palm springs area and it is close to the same weather. I just like the low key vibe of the area. 👍

Hey Ride, thanks for stopping by! Yeah the vibe here is really nice and relaxed. That’s cool you have family out this way. Well if you ever need any recommendations when you’re in town I’d be happy to help you out! Thank you again for watching!

Ride Red of course Lee, I respond to every person who comments. I’m happy just to have people watching haha. Nice meeting you. The Cabazon outlets are great, you can get serious deals there. We have a hockey stadium being built in Palm Springs and a lot of other cool developments taking place !

@@TommyJordanRE Awesome, Oh yes Inlaws have lived there several years now so we go here and there and have definitely seen lots of growth. I like the old retro feel especially the restaurant's there. I like that like you said in your video that it's not the crazy traffic you get basically just driving into Riverside and heading west from there after.
@TommyJordanRE4 жыл бұрын
Ride Red very cool! Yes, the area has a rich history and there are a lot of cool retro/vintage stores. You can’t forget all the mid-century homes! Not having to deal with traffic on a day to day basis is amazing!

I love that Palm Springs is only like 3 square miles.

Hey Danny, thanks for stopping by! I agree it makes everything so convenient. We don’t have to sit in hours of traffic to go to the grocery store or mall, or anywhere for that matter! Thank you for watching!

Pre covid home cost given. Now (I've heard) it's closer to 1 million for a decent home. Everyone wants to move away from crowded and potentially covid filled cities, and move to the less densely populated areas like the Coachella Valley.
@TommyJordanRE3 жыл бұрын
In Palm Springs it’s more around $900 for a single family detached home and about half of that for condo/townhome. However you can find a nice detached home for around $500-600k in Palm Desert or other places. Thank you for watching!
