Ok, here we go again with an OMG!!! And Wow!!! Talk about an amazing Presentation!!!! Very impressive! I can't believe that the Torrance community complains about the airport when in fact it's been their longer than they all have most likely lived. So sad how home prices have sky rocketed, especially in Hermosa Beach. Yet, there are areas where homes can possibly be affordable. As always, Thank you for sharing and posting. Nice presentation, Jessiqa. I’m a writer who has supplemented my income for decades flipping houses. My daughter just moved into that area a few years ago in the Christmas Street area. I’m always shocked how quickly investors and possibly homeowners are snapping the retail MLS properties off the market. Traditionally I’ve bought more than half my flippers in the non-retail arena. I’ve published a book that addresses aspects of the wholesale markets in Southern California.
