hello pals, immediate note: if the comments get weird, i turn them off/block the people making them weird. BPD is highly stigmatised, I talk about why in this video a bit as well as my BPD in Casualty video. 1) you cant hurt my feelings coz i've hurt my own feelings way worse BECAUSE i have BPD. 2) I've seen it all and had a lot of it directed at me by strangers... this is nothing new to me. However I want this video to be a space welcoming of others with BPD or similar traits, so: if ur nasty, ur out.
This doc is a rough one for some, I'm not often bothered by difficult topics so this was reasonably fine for me. there's not images of gore or anything triggering, it's mostly anecdotes and mentions. some stories are more graphic than others but i personally didn't think they were TOO graphic but we all vary so please try to look up more details tho i do go through a list of some i could remember.
At the end of the day, BPD really sucks to live with at times. And I hope everyone who experiences these traits can access support and begin their recovery.

I thought the documentary was very informative and has pushed me to get assessed for BPD. Joe Tracini was extremely open and honest, and gave me a better insight into BPD.

@@fionalouise2655 im glad you benefitted from the doc! I do agree i think its hard to be as open as he was at all let alone for tv. I hope you find the support you need! :)
