But I can suggest you that, All contracts jobs are not fair for your career. If you want Know and learn more and new things you can learn at any time but contract is not only the option. Most of the students in USA will try hard for full time job but they will get contract base. So I feel contract for long period is not safe in any perspective. It's just a situation that you faced but not a motivation for others do follow the same.(this line is for the one who took it as motivational).

Hi Ram garu, Appreciate your concern 😊 yes situation is different for every people. But the advices/ suggestions I got from my colleagues/ family/ friends are to be in contractual work and then get FT.. again it depends on the company we chose for FT

@@PassioNStreet Ok I am not sure if your friends/colleagues who adviced you to be in contract have assessed your long run future. Am a women who is working from 10 years as a contractor. I feel am eligible to answer here. Looking at your age, MS background and current scenario.. Gradually getting a full time with H1 is very tough bcos almost all the companies stopped hiring H1 and that's they reason we choose contract jobs. That's ok that we did .but don't show that as a right decision we took or don't create a wrong influence Naveena. I have seen fresh grads like you choose the career options for that moment and then regret for not widening their viewpoint. So watch that out.

Bro , if you really Have skill no recision or any guy can lay you off .. you need to prove to a company that you RE CONTRIBUTING to something to the company ..so until unless u make a difference there is no certainty .. I have seen people here wasting time after getting their full time and they do some other stuff and this leads them into the list of being laid off and I have seen people with less skill and working ass off and they were still In the company ..

Hi Naveena, hope ur good. I have one doubt you told in the video like you got 3 jobs after 1st job, 1 contract and rest are permanent you have to join in 2 months for that either of permanent job, mean while you took contractual job req+10 dollars due to some vendor issues that was closed in 3 months like that in that scenario you have already have 2 jobs in hand then why you are jobless around 1.5 months like from Feb to March as you told. Since there was some editing in this video I felt like something missed so want to know and need a clarity. Thanks in advance.
