I am forced to admit that, although I thought I would be happy that Ernie Kovacs was gone, I actually missed him here. Tastes differ, which is fine. I am happy that Ernie is gone from the panel. A small fraction of what he did was very witty, and I'm glad to have those bits archived here to enjoy, but I found him to be annoyingly selfish most of the time, taking the focus away from the game and onto himself. The German name for the profession scrolling across the screen reminds me of Mark Twain's delightfully hilarious essay on the German language.

@@loissimmons6558 That reminded me of a lesser know Twain writing that took place in Germany; "Christian Science". It was hilarious.

Maybe it's just me, but when I binge watch many episodes, John Daly becomes more and more a pain to listen to. Constant interruptions on simple questions, and actually answering the panel's questions before the contestant can.

Totally agree. He is so annoying, not letting them answer and overriding them even when they answer correctly.

I agree also. I really hate when he answers the question for the contestant. It's THEIR job, not his.

Why do people in all of the WML comments find it necessary to state their age at the time of the original broadcast? Pointless and irrelevant.
