Stopping for a while to respect the "azan" was really nice gesture 👍👏. Chaimaru chan so respectful n mindful. The chicken for nasi ayam got many types: roasted, steam, fried. I think most Japanese will like the steamed chicken 👌

There are many versions of Nasi Ayam. Originally it is Chinese food, but the Malays have adopted it. The authentic one is the Hainan version. Because of there are too many variations and easy to make, hard to say which restaurants have really good Nasi Ayam, some are really bad 😂
