What's New At The Disney Outlet Character Warehouse on Vineland! | Cruise Line, Ears & Home Goods!

In today's vlog we head to the Disney Character Warehouse outlet in the Premium Outlets Vineland location. We found some pretty good deals and they even had some things that we just saw in the parks for full price! Then we head to Portillo's for lunch, which was amazing as always. Great job, Tim & Jenn. We just returned from Orlando (took Amtrak from Cleveland to Orlando, round trip). Per your recommendations in previous vlogs, we visited the Character Warehouse. We visited on a Thursday, arrived about noon and it was busy, but, cleared out by the time we left at 1pm. We purchased the Mr. Toad mug (for my barber), the white Disneyland shorts (both featured in this vlog) and a couple of Magic Bands). We also visited Portillo’s near the condo we stayed at in Kissimmee, the day we checked in. My hubby had the beef dipped in au jus. I had the Plant Based Garden Dog and the Maxwell Street Polish Sausage. All were great. The Crinkle-cut fries were excellent! Thank you for sharing your adventures through your vlogs. We started watching your vlogs in 2020 (using my hubby’s KZbin account), during the pandemic. We had a trip to Orlando planned for November, 2020 that we paid for in January of that year. Your vlogs about park status, restaurants, etc. help us decided to visit Orlando that November. We have enjoyed your vlogs ever since. Our best to you and your family.

Next time you are at Portillo try the chopped salad. It’s delicious and has a great tasting Italian dressing. Hopefully your Portillo includes their homemade bread with the salads. The bread makes the whole meal yummy.

The outlets were jamming to mid 2000s Disney music! The one you both asked about was from Freaky Friday (Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis played an incredible guitar solo in scenes it was played). Also after that was Dig It from Holes. I just love that whoever picks the music for these stores must be a late millennial who grew up watching Disney Movies from the early-mid 2000s.

Love your video of Disney outlet - Portillo‘s is from Chicago area which we are from - it’s know for the hot dogs and Italian beef. Peppers and ajuga - which not a gravy. It’s a beef broth , which you either dip or and as you did soak your bun with it. Try the chopped salad (share) then share a piece of chocolate cake. Great way to end a shopping day . Keep sharing your adventures 😊

Original Chi-town-er here. Portillo’s is basically Chi-town street food. Steak n Shake is a far cry 😂! Must-try’s: Chopped salad Beef n cheddar with hot peppers (beef in a croissant and baptized) Maxwell polish “Regular dog with everything” You’re doing it right with the cheese fries and chocolate cake shake👌.

This is a little random but our steak and shake does not have servers anymore, you order at the counter and pick it up when it’s ready like at Portillo’s. I wonder if it is like that everywhere now? I live very close to Chicago and Portillos is one of my favorites! I only wish i lived in Orlando so I could do the outlet and Portillos, seems like a perfect daytime date!

I agree with you Jenn about Manta. My memory of it from my last time is that anyone large chested will be quite uncomfortable on the ride. I recall it being a lot of pressure and is was the most disappointing ride of my trip because of it.

Oh my goodness, as someone who used to live in Chicago, portillo's is amazing. That is a Chicago staple and yes the absolute best items are the Maxwell street Polish and the Italian beef. maxwell street Polish was my go to around Chicago

I tried Depop and got zero interest, BUT then did Poshmark, and I’m loving it! It feels great to clear out what doesn’t suit me anymore AND you can get great deals on stuff. As far as I know there isn't an outlet in France (definitely not close to DLP!) but it may be because they've got quite strict sale regulations there (the entire country has specific dates they can run end of season sales). We have a Disney outlet website in the UK as part of shopdisney but it's not got a lot on there!
