do you provide any support? i am seeing issue where script runs fine in local jmeter where as fails at azure saying script is invalid test plan load exception ffile path not allowed in test plan csv data set config though I do not have file path and saved in bin

I assume you mean data ingress/egress or finding bottlenecks? Have a look here: learn.microsoft.com/azure/load-testing/tutorial-identify-bottlenecks-azure-portal When you set up the load test, add the storage account to look for a bottleneck

What does "Generally Available " mean? This demo is given with AZ Load Testing (Preview). I received an email from Azure last week stating that the API will be retired. I've been using this service for a year. It's unclear what happens in September when the previous API will be retired.
