Illustrator added 3D and effects into its latest version and the feature is making content creation and mock-ups a delight. Corel Draw's Extrude Tool needed a makeover 15 years ago. I just came here expecting to see Corel Draw would have upgraded. A lot of progress but still behind the main competition.

EXCELLENT! Don't go down the subscription route for the base software. The reason you have a loyal audience is due to avoiding that kind practice. If you did that there's a big chance they'd just go elsewhere.

i using coreldraw to manage sheets of pictures and arranging them but lastest version is really trash for doing something like this it have a huge performance issue in this subject(its not limited only for this subject in all of works that eats my pc) and tracing is still creating some invisible lines that will be printed in last result that needs to spending time to finding and deleting them, the problem of really small empty space between nodes in tracing is still didnt fixed that affects on final result, also i have suggestion, if you will be able to make tracing system can use gradiant and transparency techniques in this program that will be a huge benefit for coreldraw, the system of tracing in coreldraw is the best still with this bugs but you can improve it🔥

Corel needs a month to month subscription where people could take more time to decide if they want to continue using it or not. Having to pay for a whole year for software that I don't already trust is a deal breaker.

I Wish Corel Draw have some tool: 1. Filter Edit for Image, so we can just click the effect without setting the Light, Hue, and Saturation. 2. Brush tools, maybe Corel Draw can combine The tools from Corel Photo Paint and Corel Draw as one, so we don't need two software, but we need just 1 Corel Draw 3. 3D Mock Up 4. 3D Text

Should be remote typefaces, not fonts. Fonts are variations of a typeface. Also, are all these features in the standard version? The suite is now unaffordable. It costs nothing to remove those features so why not make one version and average the price out so everyone can buy it?

@@havekstudioexperimental true, I've been using CorelDraw since literally forever (like version 3 or something, with those 256-bit palette '3D' navigation buttons in UI and such) and I like it way more than AI, but I still don't get the 'throw that vector ornament along a path' feature. It's also very iffy with eps/ai import. Almost everything I download from sites like depositphotos/freepik etc imports wrong (completely unworkable). Like half of the vector file imports as a bitmap for some reason (bitmap pieces more like).

Isolation mode was in last version. Not a new feature. I am more concerned about stability issues. Just now, today, Corel crashed while saving a file. REALLY irritating. Yesterday Corel crashed overnight. I WAS ASLEEP! Corel crashed while my computer was asleep. No updates went through. Third time this happened this month! Been a user since release 10. Stability just keeps getting worse!

They will do everything, EVERYTHING but not make it use more of the device resources!! Change the front as much as you want, we need an engine update, I do designs with 30-200k shapes (3-4mm) and I've tried other softwares and they handle it just fine.

almost nothing 😴. Unfortunately, in recent years, CorelDraw lagged far behind illustrator, and it was only in 2020 that it was able to have a major update. Now the "inkscape" (free software) is much better than CorelDRAW or even illustrator

Vector objects along path when? Like if I have a seemless vector ornament (it repeats itself) and I want to make a long twirl or some other shape but with that ornament instead of just a line. Come on, AI had that for ages.
