What's New in Fusion 360 Electronics - March 2022 | Autodesk Fusion 360

Another Fusion 360 update has landed and we're going to take a look at what's new in Fusion 360 electronics.
This update has the newest and most improved features our users have requested since the release of Fusion 360 electronics!
Our developers have been working hard to make the overall 3D experience much faster. Managing the hundreds of libraries that provide over 50 thousand components is now more manageable with the new Library Manager interface and Place Component panel.
We have eliminated the guesswork of identifying the source and made it easier to find the part your need for your design. Seamless import of EAGLE library files and full support of Autodesk EAGLE Design Blocks will be some of the enhancements that will make it easier to migrate to Fusion 360.
The new capability of inserting a schematic or circuit board into your current design will allow you to use proven technology you may have already used or use reference designs provided by manufacturers. These new features and improvements will give you a faster and better design experience when using Fusion 360 electronics.

Thanks for the big update, have no time to check them out yet, BUT We still don't have.. 1) LIVE & EDITABLE - BILL OF MATERIALS 2) PANALIZATION 3) SINGLE DOCUMENT for PCB Project ( Need the user option of only 1 file in the data panel and one tab in the browser per PCB design) 4) TIDY UP of BOARD and COMPONENTS in the 3D Browser tree, it still shows copper,hole, silks etc as components ( which is wrong), the hierarchy is displayed wrong

Wow! The new library experience is awesome! So much nicer than the old Add dialog in eagle. Love the you can drag from the panel into the workspace. The speed of is ramping up. I was surprised how snappy this is. FINALLY, migration of libraries from eagle! Design blocks! Was Insert Schematic in eagle? Is this the old Paste from File? Looks like you guys are closing the gaps with eagle. Great work. About time.

Pleas can you add a checkbox in the preferences, where the user can change to the old component browser? With a small screen the columns has to be small to have enough space for the schematic, but that's too small to read properly.

is there not a COLLAPSE arrow on the top right hand side of the component browser?

You can right click on the table header area to show/hide columns, that might get you more space

Autodesk, do you have any plans for Linux version of fusion 360?

oh , please NO, we still don't have a NATIVE MAC version yet.
