@@ashusanjiv115 it's just launched on same day so showing two updates. It gives you option to remain on 17 without upgrading to 18. Just update 17.7 and then update to 18 if you're worried

It can come to any device with any update. Try to install with some precautions like when battery is around 85-90% (charged, not in charging). Remove phone cover and update in cool environment when your phone is completely cool and try that you don't pause update in between have good connection. These steps can reduce the chance of green screen issue. (Caution : It can still happen if you have bad luck)
