Two step never work smoothly in Odoo when we allow flexible consumption through shop floor or manufacturing order screen by add line as it needs to be picked first so in real world we will always have negative stock if we consume more than what we picked. Just look at 25:26 the new component 72041 that is never brought to shop floor so stock will always show negative for that product.
