On another note, every year I tell myself I’m going to dress cute during winter but then I just end up wearing the same few sweaters because it’s too cold to make any fashionable decisions 🤣😭 This is the year that I will be more thoughtful with my outfits!!

Getting thermal leggings and a thermal top will really help you! It can be in a nude colour so no one can tell when u wear whites

As I have chronic chest pain I’ve ended up wanting extra cover over my chest and gilets are brilliant for this. My current ones are from outdoor shops cos there were cheap and didn’t have hoods, but I think the fur gilet would be brilliant. If only I could wear wool my wallet would find this video very dangerous. I have a blanket scarf which I take every time I train (either train or plane) regardless of the season cos they often are cold.

Omg those Zara leggings are everything!!! ✨😍 And for your dry lips Freddy, I highly recommend Nuxe Rêve de Miel in the jar form, not the stick one (not as effective). I've been using it for years now and even though I'm very much a matte liquid lipstick girl I have never suffered from chapped lips since I discovered this baby, they just stay in perfect condition. ☺️💕
