I agree with @whatislous I worked with the tags and workspace. I'm really interesting in their thinking here, it seems there is a lot of functionality that was removed. (Tag list, adding sub folders). I'm hoping some of it will come back.

I think going back from tags to folders is kind of regression :-) working with shortcuts isn't new and not really as convenient as tags - what would be helpful is an AI based automatic tagging system when uploading documents - then tagging the document as "to validate tag" (for instance) so you can change the tags if needed - the combination of folders and tags would still enable an easy authorization concept
