I’ve been in Gatlinburg most of the week. There is a new building that appears to be finished but empty next to a building still under construction. The are on the same side of the street as Walgreens. Any idea what these are going to be. Surely they’re not another moonshine store!!!

Love your videos. Have you guys done an in-depth video on the trolley system? We moved to Newport a month and a half ago. Last weekend we took the trolley from the Anna Porter library (parking is free) also free parking at the post office in Gatlinburg to downtown Gatlinburg. Spent time there. Then got on the pigeon Forge trolley at the welcome center on the spur (paid 2 dollars there) that took us to the transit hub where we paid 6 dollars for 2 tickets at the transit center for an all day trolley pass for the pigeon Forge trolley. we went all the way up to Tanger outlets then Walmart also got lunch at the smoky mountain brewery near where the Forge cinema is. We didn’t have to drive with the stress of the traffic. It was so nice. We will be using the trolley system from now on. We’re planning on parking again at the Anna Porter library then taking the Gatlinburg trolley and the pigeon Forge trolley to Dollywood one day. The pigeon Forge trolley goes to Dollywood. So if you’re coming up from 321 (lots of campgrounds on 321 going towards Newport) in the Greenville, Newport and Cosby area you never even have to get to dense traffic if you park at Anna Porter library/Rocky top sports park or you can park like I said at the post office in Gatlinburg ALL FOR FREE!! 😁

Ryan, Yes the Salt & Pepper Shaker is absolutely worth a stop. They have thousands of different shakers. They’re setup in different categories, so it’s easy viewing. It’s a good way to spend an hour or so. It’s really cheap admission, $3 per person, so yes it is worth it. They have a gift shop at the end. If you purchase anything from the gift shop, your $3 admission goes to your purchase, so you basically get your admission fee back. But even if you don’t buy anything from the gift shop, it’s only $3 to get in. Even if you don’t enjoy, it’s $3. I stop in every couple years to see any different shakers they may have or any that I might of missed last time I was there. I’ve bought a couple of sets of shakers from there. One is shakers of Batman & Robin from the old tv show & the other is Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd & Daffy Duck from the cartoon Rabbit Season Duck Season.

We personally love Publix. Some people complain their more expensive, but their slogan is "where shopping is a pleasure" and we have always found that to be the case. They do have some BOGO deals & you don't have to get 2 of whatever is BOGO, they are just essentially half off. Kroger is another option in Pigeon Forge or you can try to get in & out of the Walmart in Sevierville. Hope this helps & you have a wonderful time!
