Thanks for the get info! Are there any videos showing how to get the Audio from Yolobox Pro into OBS using the USB c Output using a (2020 M1 MBP 13" macOS 12.2, OBS 27.2.4 (mac), Yolobox Pro version previous to 3.0) ? Yolobox pro will show the video source via Type C but can't see the audio.. This was in v1.6.0 what am I missing?

Great to see such frequent improvements and updates from Yolobox! @7:01 only request would be that this new border feature fixes up the line thickness you can see here how the borders on the top and bottom and left edge are half the thickness of the other two lines. Hopefully this can be fixed in a minor update!

OK that is really freaking awesome and looks much smoother specially the preloaded video part. I was getting frustrated with that feature where I couldn't get my videos to stop looping and when they would restart again it would skip a couple of seconds and look like it's glitching. But with this update it really looks like Frank and his team are finally working on making the current features more smoother. Good job guys. Now if you guys could allow us to set the time from Military Time To AM and PM time that would be cool.

Thanks again for an amazing channel. I was very happy to see v3 has been Beta tested and credit given to the testers. My question is around audio and guests. With the audio delay on the YBP headphone , is it possible to have a conventional 2 way conversation? Is it possible to hear the guest in your cans without hearing yourself a mili second after you’ve spoken? Further to this, if you wanted to send a feed to a venue PA system and projector, would it work or would the delay be distracting?

Great updates. I go live everyday on my business channel and I'm constantly looking for ways to bring quick live improvements comparable to those who spend tons of time in post production editing. I especially like that now I can put a short opener up that will no longer loop on its own and give a good transition to my cameras. I look forward to the Yolobox Pro become 4k capable. My cameras are 4k and I know I am losing quality as the pro puts it back out in 1080p. Just a matter of time I guess 🤷🏾‍♂️

Audio problem for live. I could not do a live video program due to audio problem. My guests could not hear me when I was hearing them very low audio. It happens after the new update YoloBox Pro v3.0.0. It was working fine before the update.

How about saving a regular video source? I just bought the Ultra... and am trying to figure out how to save the settings per Livestream show. For example, if I rotate a video source 180 degrees. Exit the live stream. Then load the live stream up again. All the settings are reset. This is like this for every parameter. It is problematic if I have five different video sources with different parameters like this..... works for multiview, sorta.

Hi Aaron! Thanks for another great video. Let me ask you....I am considering either the atem mini extreme or the yolobox pro. I need to record the program feed and then publish to youtube. Recording the full program (camera changes, ipad sharing, etc) in publishing quality, in this case I know that both are limited to 1080p. I know with the extreme I can record directly to an SSD and that it has 8 inputs vs the yolobox which can record to cards and only 3 hdmi inputs. Quality of recording for youtube is more important than streaming. I don't do much streaming. I just want the switcher as a way to record so I don't have to be getting the card in/out of the camera and also to be able to have all tittles, and PIPs during recording as to save time during editing. Quality wise, and for my purposes, which one would you buy? As a reference, I own one atem mini extreme already. I just need another, maybe simpler, device for my regular desk. Thank you! By the way, the new crop feature on the yolobox, does that affect image quality? I suspect it does since the cropping more than likely is digital but just wanted to confirm with you. Thanks again!

Aaron, I love your work. Did you make this video using the YB? I ask because while it shows the YB, knowing if the review video was also made using a YB is good. If this was made using an ATEM, or other video switcher, then, the quality of this video is representative of those devices. In the BM ATEM world, it seems common that reviews of them are often made using an ATEM. So, the review video demonstrates the quality of the video output and features of the device WHILE demoing it. Obviously, this scenario requires the reviewer have multiples of the same device, one to show, and one to make the video. Maybe that should be an added message in demo videos, such as “I want to let you know this video was made using the YB. So, the quality you see here demonstrates the devices quality.” Or, “I want to let you know, this review video was made using an ATEM (or, 4K camera, or xxxxxxx). For examples of this devices’ actual output, see my links below (or other source).” Thanks for all you do.

Is there a way to trigger different sources that isn't the autoswitch? For example, using an external controller like one of the Elgato switches? As a DJ, I'd love to switch camera views when I transition from one track to another, like switch from left camera to right camera once I complete a mix. Thanks

Quick Question: Is there anyway to display the RTMP KZbin video in the CHAT BOX of Yolobox Pro? Where it says ALL - FACEBOOK- KZbin, in order to make others see the comments. I can do that only with FACEBOOK and KZbin directly, but NOT when it is in RTMP MODE.

Love the video. I have the Yolobox Pro and have been attempting to use it with three gopros Hero 5, 7 and 9. I have had a real problem with the Hero 9. Do you have an inexpensive camera suggestion for livestreaming?

Thank you Aaron for a really informative synopsis of the new features in V3.0.0. I really appreciate the overlays naming feature which will solve the problem I had recently of not being able to read the speaker name in the lower thirds I had created! The feature I would really like is for the the Yolobox to record each video camera source seperately from the program source so that I can make changes in a later edit if the client requires them. Currently I am recording on each camera. Might this be possible or is it a processing power issue that it can't be done with the current Yolobox Pro?

Hi Simon, thanks for the feature request. Currently, ISO recording is not feasible on the YoloBox lineups due to the hardware limitations.

I updated my YoloBox Pro 3.0.0 on Tuesday. Then I started my live video streaming. As my gusts join in by the Yolo Live link, they can not hear my audio when I connect my video camera into YoloBox Pro by HDMI cable. My gusts can hear each other and I can hear my gusts but they can not hear me. When I join through Yolo Live link then others can hear me. I used do my live video program before without any issue.

Hello. I’m trying to use my yolobox pro as a virtual cam in zoom call. Whenever i split the screen to put my image over my desktop background to read a course on line, people who are connected on zoom see my shared course blurry and very low res. I checked the hd mode in zoom and it’s on. Can you suggest a solution ? Thank you

Hello Richard…do you have a Zoom Business account? If yes, clicking HD doesn’t turn on HD unless you contact Zoom Support and request the HD setting be turned on. They must enable it. Once you have this completed, you’ll need to spotlight yourself so that your feed is sent in HD. Overall, video feeds of text tend to be less detailed than Zoom shared screens. If you want to increase your text quality, using the Share Screen feature is best. I know that removes some creativity, but think about your purpose and let that be your guide.
