I'm a Boomer. There were several TV shows predicting the wonderful technological advances that we would see in the 80s and 90s. Then Star Trek came out in 1966. I thought how wonderful and bright the future was going to be. Then, in 1972, I got saved and read The Late Great Planet Earth, which launched my love and subsequent study of Bible prophecy. Several years before, one of the priests in my local church gave a sermon on Christ's 2nd Coming during a New Year's Eve service that terrified me. I had no frame of reference. When I read The Late Great Planet Earth and then read Revelation, Daniel and the other prophetical books and chapters in the Bible did I finally got a picture of the glorious, exciting future coming for all Christ followers. I also realized that all of those predictions of manmade technological wonders were never going to happen. They were pretty lies that paled in comparison to Christ coming for his bride, then celebrating the Marriage Super of the Lamb and Christ with his saints returning to the earth to set things right. Unfortunately, the technological wonders are being used to create a dystopic future that will be terrifying for those left on the earth. I'm praying for the unsaved to have their eyes opened before it's too late so they're counted amongst the Believers.

Thank you!! There is not one scripture that says this. There is NO 7 year end times 'tribulation' anywhere in scripture. You cannot find anything about that in our end times guide book of Revelation. We see 1260 days the woman flees, we see 42 months the hybrid AC beast reigns, but no where do we see anything about 7 years. There is more than one HARPAZO in scripture. Rev 12 gives us Gods outline of what happens when, that tells of the first harpazo where the 'child' is caught up (HARPAZO - ripped off the face of the earth) after the Great Sign (2017), after the woman (Israel) is in a GREAT war...likely coming soon and around this Fall, after the dragon throws 1/3 of his wicked angels down to earth (we will see this), and THEN and only then are the first born joint HEIRS taken UP to Gods throne. Shortly after (150+ days for the pit creatures to sting) the man of sin sits in the temple and claims to be god forcing all to worship him. This is when the woman flees (remnant Israel). The man of sin is killed by the 2 witnesses. Apollyon from the pit indwells the dead man of sin seeming to bring him back to life as the Hybrid AC beast (they imitate Jesus resurrection 2000 years ago). The 2nd harpazo is the 144k Rev 14:1. Then we have those who were left behind (not first born and those saved after the harpazo, these are the 'other offspring', not 'first born heirs') in Rev 14:14 where we clearly see Jesus Himself reaps the earth of the rest of His offspring with a sharp sickle. Those are the ones who are 'alive and survive' until the coming of the Lord, a day no one knows. Then the 6th seal happens and Gods wrath begins.

@@taylorhawkins5748 That is for the JEWS...JACOBS TROUBLE is a 7 yr period..the 1st 3.5 years was fulfilled at Jesus 1 coming when He had a 3.5 yr ministry...to the Jews first, then the gentiles. There is only 3.5 years left for Jacobs Trouble, same 1260 days the woman (Israel) flees into the wilderness, the same 42 mos the Hybrid AC Beast reigns. Harpazo for 1st born heirs is before Jacobs Trouble.

Revelation 13 says it’s the beast that brings the mark (meaning a nation and its ruler), which is why it’s called the mark of the beast. The false prophet is a separate person.

Well....if the Holy Spirit is restraining....then when the rapture happens then how do people get saved that refuse the Mark of the Beast? You cant get born again without the Holy Spirit.

@richardjohanson6421 I understand that scripture....my question is how can a person be saved after the rapture and they must be born again by the holy spirit? If the Holy spirit ( the restrainer) has left ( like the video says) then how can anyone be saved/born again

⁠@@itsintheword230you ask Christ to forgive you of your sins and believe on him . The same way it always has been. You trust and believe in the almighty. Call on him. Faith. Ephesians 6:16 is about faith being our biggest armour. Maybe you put on that armour.
