The issues are that also there was a report done by Volvo. And for me to make an electric car of set it's pollution to make I would have to do 100,000 miles of driving I'm actually been more green by having a petrol car due to the way I drive and the roads I use. It would take me 10+ years to do the 100000 miles so by keeping a petrol car I'm actually been more green than alot of people.

Talking about Home Charging and Smart Meters... I think there may have been confusion as to Smart Chargers being compulsory. Not the Meters.

Say clearly what the benefit is of an EV. A petrol vehicle has zero downsides compared to EV. You want to talk about how much you save over 10+ years of charging while ignoring how long it would take for petrol vehicles to make any effect on literally anything. People think their life is the end of the world
