Changing the manager changes nothing. Club needs to be sold with fresh eyes & massive investment. Performances like the Kilmarnock game have been a common theme. Happened under Gerrard first 2 seasons. GVB, Beale & Clement the players all played their hearts out when they first came in then dropped off. Another manager comes in the players will play well until January then go off the boil & we will be crying for a new manager this time next season. I've already written this season off & next season, I'm giving Clement until his 3rd full season like I did with Gerrard.

Derek McInnes is my other, that won’t go down well with some fans lol but he’s a Rangers man and Scottish and I’m sure he’d set the team up better than previous managers and I think he’d jump at the chance now. His record at beating Rangers as well is not to shabby. Always been on a low budget to buy players and seems to do not too bad in the teams he’s been at.

I would see Clement through until the end of the season. It will cost a fortune to sack him, and no other manager would even want the position. Kevin Muscat is my personal favourite for the job. He's won A-League titles with Melbourne Victory, won the J1 in 2021/22 with Yokohama F・Marinos and is en-route for a cup double in the CSL. 2.80 GPG (higher than Erik ten Hag's 2019-20 record) and went unbeaten in 16 games. He plays fast, attacking football (4-3-3) and has an established style of play. CFA Cup final is 23rd of November with Shanghai Port against Shandong Taishan and there are two fixtures left in the CSL with a points difference between their rivals Shenhua. Baring in mind also, Giovanni van Bronckhorst was manager of Guangzhou City in the CSL for half a season and was remarkably successful, getting us to a Europa League final + winning the Scottish Cup. I wouldn't mind Derek McInnes either considering he has a good domestic and international record with Kilmarnock. He got a draw against FC Copenhagen. Rough start to the season sure, but that happens with a lot of teams.
