I’m cautiously optimistic as far as my support for the initiative goes, as there has been a PLETHORA of unfortunate events and bad decisions attached to it. The lack of transparency, the incessant amounts of unnecessary drama and the outing of MANY bad people within the community really brought down the hype for what was initially something so fun and rewarding for long time fans. It’s a relief to see that certain series are still being developed, but it’s hard to not look past the damage and what was lost along the way. Thankfully, a lot of the bad seems to be slowly disappearing from FNAF as a whole (especially with the 10 Year Anniversary and with mainline FNAF content LOOKING to return to its much more frightening roots that made the original games so enjoyable). Ultimately, despite the never ending silence from some and the outlandish drama sparked by others, I’m holding out hope that the remaining games, series and devs will have a chance to shine (albeit preferably sooner than later) And who knows, maybe we’ll see a release date for FNAC4/Evergreen/TJOC before 2030 lmao (and before someone disregards what I’ve said above and uses this out of context, IT WAS A JOKE; I KNOW PERFECTION TAKES TIME AND THAT NONE OF THE GAMES ARE OPERATING ON A TRIPLE AAA BUDGET/TEAM. FOUR YEARS IS A LONG TIME I KNOW, BUT PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE, AND I’M SURE THE REWARDS WILL BE SPECTACULAR.)

Honestly, I still don't know why these games are taking so so long, like 3 years is just way too much Imagine if these games are gonna take longer than gta 6 💀

Scott's video games barely took him less than a year and yet, he made them very well

I'm not gonna be too mad if there isn't much content after waiting years. They're either still schooling or are new to the big business thing.

You do got to remember that these games weren't 3D they were basically 2.5D, which is easier to make than 3D free roam games@@lovewomen09

Are you dumb? This isn’t made by huge teams this is a small group of people they only reason its still being developed is because of the initiative but besides that every game you know more than likely has massive teams behind them

This took way too long the only actual good game that released was ONAF 3, nobody cares about Popgoes spinoffs, FNAF plus is cancelled, Fnac 4 and TJOC show no signs of being completed. This doesn't feel like it was pushed by Scott anymore, it feels like different fangames that have no connection at all.
@FNAFTASTIC872 ай бұрын
ONAF 3 was finished early after the announcement because it’s the easiest game to make in game maker. POPGOES Arcade is currently the highest rated FNAF game on steam and is cared enough to be a part of the Anniversary releases. Emil Macko is working on PA, Evergreen, Fnac 4 and Fnac Fur (which had a recent demo come out) so his games will take time. Nikson has only full time started development for TJOC as he was contractually obliged to finish Dark Deception first , but a demo is releasing this week and is expected to fully release in 2025.

@@FNAFTASTIC87 i didn't say that Popgoes wasn't good it's just that nobody cares about it's spinoffs.

@@facanadio Nobody cares? The spin-offs are literally one of the best games made I played it myself and plan on playing the other ones as well. The Joy of Creation recently released a Demo, and is expected to come out next year!

Do you think we might have the Post Shift developers joining the fanverse initiative eventually?

I personally dont think we'll have more games into The FANVERSE. At least for a while.

I honestly dont care. This is a joke. Getting a bunch of random people who are somehow as trustworthy as fnaf's RNG was a horrid idea from the start. At least i got my ONAF 3.
